CONFIG

Manage site-wide settings — page URLs, social accounts, and display flags. Changes take effect immediately.

Site Identity
Browser tab icon. Use a Drive sharing link or any direct image URL.
Displayed in the “Hello, I’m Scarlett” panel on www.scarlettstclaire.com.
Page URLs
Base URL of the showroom site. Used for navigation links and redirects.
Base URL of the legal page — no hash. Used to build Privacy Policy, Terms & Conditions, and Cookie Policy links across all sites.
Content Storage
Locally-uploaded carousel images are auto-saved here so they can be re-activated later.
Social Accounts
Operations

Admin-only settings stored in config/backend. Used by ops tools and required for the PIM & Orders Firebase migration. The Apps Script password is loaded automatically — you won't be prompted for it again.

CCBill Payments

RESTful API / Advanced Widget integration. Stored in config/backend — read by the Cloud Function at request time, never mirrored to config/public. Subaccount numbers and flow behavior are configurable here specifically so a future CCBill reassignment (like the 2026-08 subaccount remap) is a config edit, not a redeploy.

Campaign Delivery

Backend config for the newsletter & teaser campaign system. Stored in config/backend only — never mirrored to config/public. The signing secret must be set before the first campaign send.

Channels & Publishing

Configure every channel you publish to. Credentials live inline with the channel group they belong to. All credential fields are stored in config/backend — never exposed to the browser.

These placements update automatically when you publish an announcement. Content type controls which visitor tier sees each CTA.

All four channels route through a single Zernio API key. Account IDs are set per channel after connecting each platform at zernio.com. X + Instagram are free accounts; WhatsApp + TikTok are paid ($6/month each).

🎬 Creator Platforms Manual posting

Platforms you post to by hand. Nothing here posts automatically — they feed the release tracker so you can schedule and record what went where. Set the Profile URL so the tracker can link straight to the platform, and tick Reminder to have announcements add a Google Calendar event for that platform.

GCP Console → Credentials → OAuth 2.0 Client ID (Web application). Also used for YouTube above.
Google Calendar → Settings → [Calendar name] → Calendar ID. Required for the Reminder toggle to do anything.
