PRODUCTS SYNC
Scans your Google Drive content folder and auto-populates the Products sheet with new files. Existing rows are never overwritten — only new files are added.
Expected Drive Folder Structure

Each top-level sub-folder = one SKU. Sub-folder names are matched to types: Main Video, Trailers, Shorts, Posters. After sync, open the Products sheet and set Price + Active for each new item.
